Fortis WOD
Workout of the day – Better than bootcamp! This is a traditional functional fitness class created and led by our expert coaches.
Each class consists of a specific warm up, and mobility activity before diving into a specific skill and/or strength session, followed by a MetCon style workout .
All Fortis WODs are designed to incorporate strength training, stamina conditioning and lifting.
Fortis Engine Room.
45min cardio session – Raise your heart rate, and work on building a strong fitness base with this cardio focused session.
Cardio sessions help make your heart stronger, so that it doesn’t have to work as hard to pump blood, while also working to increase your lung capacity…

Olympic Lifting Workshop:
Perfect Your Technique – Our Tuesday night class is a chance to truly perfect and tidy up your Olympic Lifting technique, with more time spent breaking down the movements and understanding how to get the most out of your lifts. This is a great chance to expand on what is covered in the classes during the week.
