Fortis Fit Kids - Building the Next Generation of Awesome!
Our high-energy, coach-led classes introduce young warriors aged 10 - 15 to functional fitness in a way that’s both fun and engaging.
Designed to inspire healthy habits that last a lifetime, these sessions are perfect for kids who want to stay active, build confidence and enjoy fitness in a supportive environment.
Not only do these classes enhance overall fitness and endurance, but they also serve as excellent cross-training for kids involved in team or individual sports, helping them excel in their favorite activities.

Fortis Teen Angels
Fortis Teen Angels - Empowering the Next Generation of Awesome Females!
Designed as a safe, supportive and empowering space for teen girls aged 12 - 16, Fortis Teen Angels is all about having fun, building friendships, staying active and growing in confidence.
These engaging sessions introduce functional fitness movements, basic weightlifting techniques and interactive group discussions. We also address important topics like body image and basic nutrition, helping our Teen Angels develop a healthy, positive mindset and a strong foundation for lifelong well-being.
Join us to move, learn and grow together in an inspiring and welcoming environment!

Conveniently located downstairs at the
Te Puru Community Centre, we make the most of the amazing outdoor facilities, including the track, fields, and beach to keep our classes fresh and exciting.

Mon, Wed - Fri: 5.30am - 7.30am
Tues: 5.30am - 6.15am
Mon - Fri: 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Sat: 7.00am - 9.00am
Term Time only
Fortis Fit Kids classes

Fortis Teen Angels classes
